Measurement Guide
Why Accurate Measurements Matter
Formal dresses are structured differently from everyday clothing. Choosing a size based solely on your usual dress size may not provide the ideal fit. Taking a few minutes to measure correctly can reduce alterations, improve comfort, and help you feel confident on your special day.
Where to Measure
Use a soft measuring tape and ask a friend for assistance if possible. Measure while wearing fitted clothing and standing naturally with your feet together.
Bust
Measure around the fullest part of your bust while keeping the measuring tape parallel to the floor. The tape should fit comfortably without being too tight.

Waist
Measure around your natural waistline, which is typically the narrowest part of your torso. Keep the tape comfortably snug without pulling it tightly.

Hips
Measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat while standing with your feet together. Ensure the measuring tape remains level all the way around.

Hollow to Floor
Measure from the center of your collarbone (the hollow) straight down to the floor while standing barefoot with your feet together.

Height
Stand straight against a wall without shoes and measure from the top of your head to the floor.
