Color Disclaimer

Colors may appear slightly different depending on fabric type and screen settings.

For example, the same shade on chiffon may not look identical on satin or velvet fabric. This is considered normal and not a production error.

After approval, we will send you the official return address.

Please do not return packages without authorization.

Step 3 — Ship Your Return

Please send your return within 7 days after approval.

We recommend using a shipping method with tracking information.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Refund processing time: approximately 7–10 business days
